Auction Program definition

Auction Program means the redemption offsetting auction program referred to in this Agreement.

Examples of Auction Program in a sentence

  • Notice of changes to Auction Program operating procedures may be given by any means provided in paragraph IV.2 and shall be effective upon giving such notice.

  • No amendment, modification, supplement, termination or waiver of this Agreement (other than changes in Auction Program operating procedures) shall be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by the parties to this Agreement.

Related to Auction Program

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
