Notice Program definition

Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving the Notice and consists of Email Notice, Postcard Notice, and Long Form Notice, which shall be substantially in the forms as the exhibits attached to this Agreement.
Notice Program means the notice program described in Section 5.
Notice Program means the notice program described in Section VII.

More Definitions of Notice Program

Notice Program means the program for disseminating the Class Notice to Settlement Class Members, including public dissemination of the Summary Notice, in accordance with the terms herein.
Notice Program means the notice methods provided for in this Agreement and consists of (1) e-mailed Notice to all Settlement Class Members at the e- mail address on file in Earnin’s business records and (2) Notice posted on the Settlement Website. The forms of Notice shall be substantially in the forms attached as Exhibits A-B to this Agreement and approved by the Court, and the Notice Program shall be effected in substantially the manner provided in Section VII.
Notice Program means the program for informing potential Class Members about the proposed Settlement, including the Individual Notice, the Claim Form, the Summary Notice, and the manner of delivering and publishing such notices or forms.
Notice Program means the plans and methods for the dissemination of the Notice provided for and agreed to in this Agreement in Section VIII.
Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving notice of the Settlement as provided in Section III.D of this Agreement.
Notice Program means the notice plan and methods provided for in this Agreement. The Notice Program consists of: (a) a direct mail or email notice to those Settlement Class Members for which a mailing address is reasonably available; (b) notice posted on the Settlement Website; and (c) such other notice as Class Counsel and Defendants believe is required by due process and Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Notice Program shall be carried out in substantially the manner provided in this Agreement or as otherwise agreed by the Parties and approved by the Court.
