Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving the Notice and consists of Email Notice, Postcard Notice, and Long Form Notice, which shall be substantially in the forms as the exhibits attached to this Agreement.

Notice Program means the program for disseminating the Class Notice to Settlement Class Members, including public dissemination of the Summary Notice, in accordance with the terms herein.
Notice Program means the notice methods provided for in this Agreement and consists of (1) e-mailed Notice to all Settlement Class Members at the e- mail address on file in Earnin’s business records and (2) Notice posted on the Settlement Website.
