Audiovisual Record definition

Audiovisual Record means a Record embodying an Audiovisual Recording.
Audiovisual Record. A Record which embodies, reproduces, transmits or communicates visual images, including, without limitation, any Video, but excluding New Technology Configurations and Cybersales.
Audiovisual Record means the original or a copy of any audio or video record of the proceedings maintained by the agency.
