Audit and Finance Committee definition

Audit and Finance Committee means the committee of the Executive Board described as such or any one or more committees of the Executive Board which is responsible for advising the Executive Board on audit and finances of World Athletics.
Audit and Finance Committee means the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors or any successor committee thereto.
Audit and Finance Committee means a committee appointed by City Council in accordance with the provisions of Organizational By-law No. 6650 whose responsibilities include the hearing and making decisions on appeals heard pursuant to the provisions of this by-law.
