AUP definition

AUP means the then-current acceptable use policy for the Services described at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/aup.

AUP means agreed upon procedures.

Examples of AUP in a sentence

• The Customer represents and warrants on an on-going basis that the Customer has the right and ability to provide the Supplier with the Customer Content provided to the Supplier during the course of this Framework Agreement and that no Customer Content infringes any Intellectual Property Right of a third party, violates applicable laws and regulations including, not limited to, data protection laws and laws relating to breach of confidence, or is in breach of the AUP.

• The Supplier may immediately take corrective action, including suspension, interruption or disconnection of the Network and any and all Services, or terminate this Framework Agreement as a material breach in the event of it becoming aware of any violation of the AUP by the Customer or if it reasonably believes a violation of the AUP by the Customer has occurred after due enquiry of the Customer by the Supplier.

• Further, iomart may modify or suspend your Service or terminate this Agreement in the event of a breach or suspected breach of the AUP or as necessary to comply with any law, regulation or law enforcement or court order.

• Customer shall, and shall cause its Users to agree to, comply with the AUP.
