Australian Pension Plan definition

Australian Pension Plan means a superannuation, retirement benefit or pension fund (whether established by deed or under any statute of Australia or any state or territory of Australia) contributed to by, or to which there is or may be an obligation to contribute by, any Loan Party in respect of its Australian employees and officers or former employees and officers.
Australian Pension Plan means any regulated superannuation fund (within the meaning of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Xxx 0000 (Cth)) contributed to by, or to which there is or may be an obligation to contribute by, any Loan Party in respect of its Australian employees or former employees.
Australian Pension Plan means any regulated superannuation fund (within the meaning of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth)) contributed to by, or to which there is or may be an obligation to contribute by, any Loan Party in respect of its Australian employees or former employees.
