Australian Soccer Pools Bloc means the members of the Australian Soccer Pools Bloc Agreement;
Australian Soccer Pools Bloc means the Members licensed in their respective jurisdictions who have joined for the purpose of conducting, promoting and selling entries soccer pool lottery games, of which Tattersall’s is a Member;
