Australian Subsidiaries definition

Australian Subsidiaries means any Subsidiary of the Company which is organized under the laws of Australia.
Australian Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries (other than the Australian Borrower) organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia or any state, territory or other political subdivision thereof.
