Authorisation for access to EUCI means a decision by the GSC Appointing Authority taken on the basis of an assurance given by a competent authority of a Member State that a GSC official, other servant or seconded national expert may, provided his ‘need-to-know’ has been determined and he has been appropriately briefed on his responsibilities, be granted access to EUCI up to a specified level (CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL or above) until a specified date;

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Restricted access area means a designated and secure area within a Licensed Premises in a Retail Marijuana Store where Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product are sold, possessed for sale, and displayed for sale, and where no one under the age of 21 is permitted.

  • Marketing Authorisation means any approval (including all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals) required from the FDA or relevant Competent Authority to market and sell a Product in a particular country.
