Authoritative Documents means the ISO Rules (including the AESO Operating Policies and Procedures, applicable reliability and technical standards, the Functional Specification relating to the Project, as well as any manuals or interpretive bulletins issued by the System Operator from time to time that are binding on the Generator) and the ISO Tariff;

Examples of Authoritative Documents in a sentence

  • The Generator shall notify the AESO of any errors and omissions in any such data or information on a timely basis so as to permit the AESO, within a reasonable time, to correct such errors and omissions pursuant to the Authoritative Documents and this Agreement.

  • Upon a Party becoming aware of any errors or omissions in any such data or information, such Party shall notify the other Party, and if applicable, the System Operator in accordance with the Authoritative Documents, on a timely basis.

  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this document and the Consolidated Authoritative Documents Glossary, the latter shall prevail.

  • The Generator agrees to provide to the AESO for the purposes of this Agreement (which, for greater clarity, is in addition to any obligations to provide access under the Authoritative Documents) access to the meter(s) at the Facility to accommodate remote interrogation of the metered data on a daily basis at all times.

  • In the case of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between or among any of the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any Applicable Law (including, for emphasis, the Authoritative Documents), the more restrictive provisions will prevail.

  • The Generator covenants and agrees to provide, at its expense, separate revenue quality meters and ancillary metering and monitoring equipment as required by the Authoritative Documents; and shall ensure that the Generating Equipment at the Facility is metered separate and apart from any and all other generating equipment or facilities which are not part of the Facility.

Related to Authoritative Documents

  • Bidding Documents means all documents provided to the interested bidders to facilitate them in preparation of their bids in uniform manner;

  • Restructuring Documents means, collectively, the documents and agreements (and the exhibits, schedules, annexes and supplements thereto) necessary to implement, or entered into in connection with, this Plan, including, without limitation, the Plan Supplement, the Exhibits, the Plan Schedules, the Amended/New Organizational Documents, the Exit Facility Loan Documents, and the Plan Securities and Documents.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Privileged Documents means any documents that are Attorney-Client Privilege Documents and/or Work Product Privilege Documents.

  • Public Documents As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.
