  • The Authority Construction Representative shall provide StadCo with its opinions and suggestions related to the Project Improvements Work promptly.

  • The Authority may retain a representative to assist the Authority with questions or any issues in connection with the Project Improvements Work (such representative shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Authority Construction Representative”), and shall have the right, from time to time, to change the individual who is the Authority Construction Representative by giving at least ten (10) days’ prior Notice to StadCo thereof.

  • Such entry and the Authority’s (including the Authority Construction Representative) activities pursuant thereto shall be conducted in such a manner as to minimize interference with, and delay of, the Project Improvements Work then being conducted.

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
