  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, StadCo is the Person responsible for contracting with parties that will provide the design, development, and construction of the Project Improvements and in discharging such obligation, StadCo will direct the Project Team, but in doing so will take into consideration input from the Authority and the Authority Construction Representative.

  • The insurance policies required to be provided by StadCo under this Article 13 shall also name the Authority Construction Representative as an additional insured to the extent that the Authority is required to be named an additional insured.

  • With regard to the information provided to the Authority Construction Representative pursuant to this Section 7.17, the Authority agrees to comply with the confidentiality procedures described in Section 24 of the Act to the extent such information is determined to constitute proprietary or confidential information thereunder.

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • Authority Representative means the representative appointed by the Authority from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.
