Authority Related Parties means all direct or indirect, past or present constituent members, board and commission members, agents, employees, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the Buyer, and each of them.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of the Contractor Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Contractor and the Authority shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of the Authority Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Authority.
