Authorized Approver definition

Authorized Approver means the representative designated by Customer and/or the applicable Comcast Subscriber Entity (ies) on a per Order Document basis to accept or reject CD Services, act as a contact and otherwise interact with CSG with respect to a given Content Direct System deployment.
Authorized Approver means each person named on the Authorised Approver Schedule as being authorised to approve transactions on the Business Travel Account for You and includes any person otherwise authorised by You to approve transactions on the Business Travel Account.
