Authorized Capital Amendment definition

Authorized Capital Amendment means an amendment to the Neiman Marcus Certificate of Incorporation providing for an increase in authorized capital and the creation of a new class of low-vote common stock having one-tenth (1/10) of one vote per share.
Authorized Capital Amendment means the creation of the Broadway Multiple Voting Shares and the change of designation of the Broadway Common Shares to Broadway Subordinate Voting Shares, by way of amendment to the articles of Broadway;
