Authorized DECE Activities definition

Authorized DECE Activities means Authorized Member Activities and all other activities in accordance with the LLC Agreement reasonably necessary for the operation of the Ecosystem (including all commercial activities in connection therewith), including entering into and enforcing UltraViolet License Agreements and conducting such DECE activities as are contemplated under any UltraViolet License Agreement, in each case performed by or on behalf of DECE.

Examples of Authorized DECE Activities in a sentence

  • Licensee hereby grants to DECE and its contractors a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide right to use, solely in connection with Authorized DECE Activities, any and all Licensee Data.
