Authorized Districts definition

Authorized Districts means certain special districts with solid waste authority participating in the IWMA through this Second Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement, including but not limited to the Avila Beach Community Services District, California Valley Community Services District, Cambria Community Services District, Cayucos Sanitary District, Ground Squirrel Hollow Community Services District, Heritage Ranch Community Services District, Los Osos Community Services District, Nipomo Community Services District, Oceano Community Services District, San Miguel Community Services District, San Simeon Community Services District, and Templeton Community Services District, or other qualified agencies that may later determine to become a Participating Agency by execution of this Agreement.

The Authorized Districts are represented by a one (1) district (subject to rotation) intending to represent districts with solid waste authority participating in Authority;

  • The Authorized Districts, and each of them, may elect to participate in the IWMA by execution of this agreement wherein they shall be bound by its terms and conditions.

  • Authorized Districts, collectively, shall appoint or elect one representative and one alternate to represent the Authorized Districts on the IWMA Board of Directors.

  • Authorized Distributor means a Distributor distributing product within the terms of an Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) or the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractual agreement. Contractual Agreement terms include, but are not limited to, distribution region, distribution products or lines, and warranty flow down from the OCM/OEM. Under this distribution, the distributor would be known as an Authorized Distributor. The term Franchised Distributor is considered synonymous with Authorized Distributor.

  • Authorized Driver means any of the following:

  • Districts – shall mean the Lake Ashton Community Development District (“LA CDD”) and Lake Ashton II Community Development District (“LAII CDD”), each a political subdivision of the State of Florida, created pursuant to Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. Each individually may be referred to herein as a “District.”

  • Authorized distributor of record means a pharmaceutical wholesaler with whom a manufacturer has established an ongoing relationship to distribute the manufacturer's prescription drugs. An ongoing relationship is deemed to exist between such pharmaceutical wholesaler and a manufacturer, as defined in Section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, when the pharmaceutical wholesaler has a written agreement currently in effect with the manufacturer evidencing such ongoing relationship, and the pharmaceutical wholesaler is listed on the manufacturer's current list of authorized distributors of record.

  • Authorized nuclear pharmacist means a pharmacist who:

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA.   • Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.

  • Authorized pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist whose license is in good standing and who meets the drug therapy management criteria defined in this rule.

  • Fire district means a fire district constituted as such by or pursuant to the provisions of the Fire Brigades Act;

  • Authorized medical physicist means an individual who:

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Authorized entity means a nonprofit organization or a governmental agency that has a primary mission to provide specialized services relating to training, education, or adaptive reading or information access needs of blind or other persons with disabilities;

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • School district of residence means the school district

  • Authorized Users(s) means an individual or individuals with a business need to access DSHS Confidential Information, and who has or have been authorized to do so.

  • Registered dietitian means a person who shall be both:

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.

  • School district means a public school district.

  • District and high school graduation report means a report of the number of pupils, excluding adult education participants, in the district for the immediately preceding school year, adjusted for those pupils who have transferred into or out of the district or high school, who leave high school with a diploma or other credential of equal status.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Special service district means the same as that term is defined in Section 17D-1-102.

  • registered pharmacist means a person whose name is for the time being entered in the register of the State in which he is for the time being residing or carrying on his profession or business of pharmacy;

  • Receiving district means a district to which all or part of the territory of a dissolved district is attached under section 12 of the revised school code, MCL 380.12.

  • District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.

  • Authorized Branches means those Branches of Distributors or Distribution Companies which are allowed by the Management Company to deal in Units of the Funds managed by the Management Company.
