Authorized Jurisdiction definition

Authorized Jurisdiction means such jurisdictions as may be acceptable to Tradition SEF and are published on the Tradition SEF website and in a Participant Notice from time to time.
Authorized Jurisdiction means a county, 2 counties act- ing jointly under s. 302.44, the United States, or a federally recog- nized American Indian tribe or band in this state.
