Authorized Replicator definition

Authorized Replicator means a software replicator certified and approved by Microsoft for replication of FPUs (defined below) that run on the Xbox 360.
Authorized Replicator means a software replicator certified and approved by Microsoft for replication of games that run on Xbox. Upon Licensee's written request, Microsoft will provide Licensee with a copy of the then-current list of Authorized Replicators, but the status of a particular replicator and such list may change from time to time in Microsoft's sole and absolute discretion.
