Authorized Roamer definition

Authorized Roamer means a Roamer using equipment with the NPA/NXX combinations listed in accordance with Paragraph 3.2 of this Appendix II (except as specified in Paragraph 3.2 hereof) for whom the Serving Carrier has not received a negative notification in accordance with the provisions of Article III hereof.
Authorized Roamer means a Roamer using equipment and an assigned telephone number with the NPA/NXX combinations listed in accordance with Article VI below for whom the Serving Carrier has not received a negative notification in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. AWS has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Authorized Roamer means a Roamer (i) that uses equipment with the NPA/NXX combinations or Mobile Network Codes provided by each Party and (ii) for whom the Serving Carrier has not received a negative notification (in the case of assume positive for validation purposes) or has received a positive notification (in the case of assume negative for validation purposes).

More Definitions of Authorized Roamer

Authorized Roamer means a Roamer using equipment and an assigned telephone number with the NPA/NXX combinations listed in accordance with Article 4 below for whom the Serving Carrier has not received a negative notification in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Authorized Roamer means a Roamer who (i) is a Subscriber or a Designated User of any of the NDS or any member of the Company Operating Group, (ii) has sought Roaming Services from a Remote Service Provider, and (iii) through the RV process conducted by the Remote Service Provider has been confirmed by an HLR designated by such Roamer's Home Service Provider to (x) have an account in good standing with its Home Service Provider and (y) be eligible to receive Roaming Services hereunder from the Remote Service Provider.
