Authorized Roamer definition

Authorized Roamer means a Roamer using equipment with the NPA/NXX combinations listed in accordance with Paragraph 3.2 of this Appendix II (except as specified in Paragraph 3.2 hereof) for whom the Serving Carrier has not received a negative notification in accordance with the provisions of Article III hereof.

Examples of Authorized Roamer in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Serving Carrier shall not be required to modify or supplement its system in any way to address any incompatibility in the technologies used by the Serving Carrier and the Home Carrier that may preclude the provision of Service to an Authorized Roamer.
