Remote Service relationship between the Bank and the Client established by telephone, the internet banking and/or other means of communication including e-mail, SMS, ATM, which does not require visits to the bank;

So we may already know before the visit which steps have to be carried out and in over 50% of the cases even an on-site visit can be avoided. That saves time and money. Remote access is only possible if the customer has agreed to an online connection and access with SLM Solutions.
Remote Service. Remote support session is provided only when email support is not sufficient to resolve an issue. Furthermore, remote session is provided on an availability basis using desktop services such as GoToMeeting. Customer must have the minimum skill requirement in the undertaking of the task around which support has been requested so as to competently engage with Edidev in the support session.
Remote Service. Xxxxx Xxxxx service engineers can remotely troubleshoot, update, and repair your system through PartnerConnect or other means. On-site Support For more complex problems, a Field Engineer will be deployed to your facility. Clinical In-service To train new clinicians or to refresh your existing staff, our Clinical Consultants can provide classroom or train- the-trainer training programs. Interface Mapping Changes As your hospital IT infrastructure changes, we can assist you by keeping your system interfaces operating. These interfaces include the • ADT interface that provides up-to-date patient demographic information, and the • HL7 interface that transmits captured data to your HIS.
Remote Service i. Prior to shipping, Customer shall submit to Xxxxx-Xxxx a completed Shipping Instruction; and
Remote Service. If Customer selects Remote Service, Company shall provide support for the Customer’s system by way of education, remote assistance and triage that does not require programming changes to the Customer’s panel. In addition, Remote Service does not include service to address physical damage to the system or a device; troubleshoot wiring issues; programming changes and/or relocating, remounting, reconnecting, or adding a device to the system. Customer understands and agrees that, while Remote Service provides for communication regarding Customer’s fire alarm system to Company via the Internet, Remote Service does not constitute monitoring of the system, and Customer understands that Remote Service does not provide for Company to contact the fire department or other authorities in the event of a fire alarm. Customer understands that if it wishes to receive monitoring of its fire alarm system and notification of the fire department or other authorities in the event of a fire alarm, it must select monitoring services as a separate Service under this Agreement. CUSTOMER FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE TERMS OF SECTION 18.F OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLY TO REMOTE SERVICE.
