Authorized User IDs means password, dynamics passwords, authentication codes, private keys, public keys, digital signatures, non-repudiation mechanisms and requirements that may be specified by Alawwal Bank from time to time to provide Client and Client’s Authorized Users access to the Platform.

Examples of Authorized User IDs in a sentence

  • Authorized User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time.

  • You will (a) be responsible for your Authorized Administrators’ compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (b) be responsible for the confidentiality of (and for all activities that occur under) the Login ID/ Authorized User IDs and passwords assigned to or selected by you; and (c) notify EngagedMD promptly of any such unauthorized access or use of which you are aware.

  • The Bank reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion with or without notice, to temporarily or permanently suspend, restrict or revoke the Customer’s (or any Authorized User’s) Authorized User IDs, access to and use of the Platform, or transmission ability.

  • If any Fees are more than thirty (30) days overdue, Decision Innovation may (in addition to any other rights or remedies Decision Innovation may have) discontinue Services and suspend all Authorized User ID's and Subscriber access to Services until such amounts are paid in full.

  • The Customer’s Company Administrator will establish individual Authorized User IDs and User Passwords for use to sign-on to the Service.
