Authorized User Spending Limit definition

Authorized User Spending Limit means a monthly spending limit set by the Primary Cardholder for an Authorized User, which may include a Cash Limit for that Authorized User. Available Credit means the amount of credit that is available to you at any time on your Account. Balance means the total amount of all Transactions, and all fees, interest and other amounts payable under this Agreement, less any payments or other credits which have been posted to your Account.

ANI and Calling Party Number (CPN) usually are the same number. "Automatic Route Selection" or "ARS" is a service feature that provides for automatic selection of the least expensive or most appropriate transmission facility for each call based on criteria programmed into a circuit Switch routing table or system.

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Equipment with Specific Operational Limits means any Equipment related to the thermal oxidation of waste or waste derived fuels, fume incinerators or any other Equipment that is specifically referenced in any published Ministry document that outlines specific operational guidance that must be considered by the Director in issuing of a Certificate of Approval.

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Commercial User means all retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, laundries, and other private business and service establishments.

  • Automatic Location Identification (“ALI”) means a feature that provides the caller’s telephone number, address and the names of the Emergency Response agencies that are responsible for that address.
