Authorized User Spending Limit definition

Authorized User Spending Limit means a monthly spending limit set by the Primary Cardholder for an Authorized User, which may include a Cash Limit for that Authorized User. Available Credit means the amount of credit that is available to you at any time on your Account. Balance means the total amount of all Transactions, and all fees, interest and other amounts payable under this Agreement, less any payments or other credits which have been posted to your Account.

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement.   • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Cannabis production establishment agent registration card means a registration card that the department issues that:

  • Manual Load Dump Warning means a notification from PJM to warn Members of an increasingly critical condition of present operations that may require manually shedding load.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Commercial User means all retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, laundries, and other private business and service establishments.
