Autocall Observation Period definition

Autocall Observation Period means the period commencing on, and including, the Autocall Observation Period Start Date and ending on, but excluding, the Autocall Observation Period End Date.
Autocall Observation Period means, if specified as 'Applicable' in the Issue Terms, each period specified as such in the Issue Terms.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Period, the period from, and including, the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period (and the first Interest Period shall begin on and include the Interest Commencement Date) and ending on, but excluding, the date which is p London Banking Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period (or the date falling p London Banking Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Notes become due and payable);

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • Final Observation Date means the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Observation Date. The Final Payment Date will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Announced observation means an observation in which the person conducting an observation for the purpose of evaluation will notify the teacher of the date and the class period the observation will be conducted.

  • Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Marketing Period means the first period of 21 consecutive business days throughout and on the last day of which (a) Parent, Merger Sub and their financing sources shall have received completed Offering Documents including Required Information (including the Required Information with respect to the Company’s fiscal year ended January 25, 2010) for all of the Available Financing, and such Required Information contained in all of the Offering Documents is Compliant, (b) all conditions set forth in Section 6.1 and Section 6.2 (other than those that by their nature will not be satisfied until the Effective Time) have been satisfied and nothing has occurred and no condition exists that would cause any of the conditions set forth in Section 6.1 or Section 6.2 not to be satisfied assuming the Effective Time were to be scheduled for any time during such consecutive 21 business day period, and (c) the Company shall have provided all cooperation which it is obligated to provide under the terms of Section 5.5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the “Marketing Period” shall not commence and shall be deemed not to have commenced if, on or prior to the completion of such consecutive 21 business day period, (x) the Company shall have announced any intention to restate any financial statements or financial information included in the Required Information or that any such restatement is under consideration or may be a possibility, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until such restatement has been completed and the applicable Required Information has been amended or the Company has announced that it has concluded that no restatement shall be required, (y) the Company shall have failed to file any report with the applicable Securities Authorities when due, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until all such reports have been filed, or (z) the Required Information would not be Compliant throughout and on the last day of such 21 business day period, in which case a new 21 business day period shall commence upon Parent, Merger Sub and their financing sources receiving updated Required Information that would be Compliant, and the requirements in clauses (a) and (b) above would be satisfied throughout and on the last day of such new 21 business day period. In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.

  • Discovery Period means the period of time specified in Extension 4.4, immediately following the termination of this policy during which written notice may be given to the insurer of any claim first made against the insured during such period of time for any wrongful act occurring prior to the end of the policy period and otherwise covered by this policy.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Observation Date (k means the "Observation Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If an Observation Date (k) is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Observation Date (k). The respective Early Payment Date (k) will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.

  • Examination Period as defined in Section 4.01.
