Automated Response System definition

Automated Response System means any automated telephone, computer, internet, intranet or other electronic or automated system adopted by PaineWebber and communicated to Participants for purposes of Plan administration, including, without limitation, for receiving and processing enrollments and instructions with respect to the investment of assets allocated to a Participant's Accounts and for such other purposes as may be designated from time to time by the Benefits Administration Committee.

Examples of Automated Response System in a sentence

  • All elections shall be made by utilizing the Automated Response System in accordance with the procedures of such system.

  • A Participant's election as to the rate of his Before-Tax Contributions and After-Tax Contributions or a Participant's election to suspend his Before-Tax Contributions or After-Tax Contributions shall be made by utilizing the Automated Response System in accordance with the procedures of such system.

  • If the Benefits Administration Committee so provides, Plan Loans may be originated, processed and administered through the Automated Response System, in accordance with the procedures of such system which shall be uniformly applied to all similarly situated Participants.

  • To the extent permitted by the Code, a Participant may elect a distribution or a form of distribution permitted by Section 8.3 by utilizing the Automated Response System in accordance with the applicable procedures of such system.

  • Such reallocation will be effected through the Automated Response System in accordance with the procedures of such system.

  • In the event the Automated Response System is not available for a distribution election, the Participant shall complete a form provided for this purpose by the Plan Administrator, which shall be delivered to the Participant no earlier than ninety days and no later than thirty days prior to the commencement of a distribution.

  • Automated teller machine means a device, linked to a financial institution's account records, which is able to carry out transactions, including, but not limited to: account transfers, deposits, cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, and mortgage and loan payments.

  • E-System means any electronic system approved by Agent, including Intralinks® and ClearPar® and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by Agent, any of its Related Persons or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.

  • Cable System means a facility, consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated Signal generation, reception, and control equipment, that is designed to provide Cable Service, which includes Video Programming and which is provided to multiple Subscribers within a community, but “Cable System” does not include:

  • Automated Clearing House or “ACH” means a national and governmental organization that has authority to process electronic payments, including, but not limited to, the national automated clearing house association and the federal reserve system.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the industry-wide data collection system, which handles the daily exchange of message details between CMDS participating telephone companies (also known as CMDS Direct Participants). AT&T-21STATE is a CMDS Direct Participant.

  • Sewage system means the entire sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system;

  • Centralized Message Distribution System or "CMDS" means the operation system that Local Exchange Carriers use to exchange outcollect and IABS access messages among each other and other parties connected to CMDS.

  • Market Abuse Regulation means the EU Market Abuse Regulation (596/2014).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data.
