AUTOMOBILE BODY REPAIR SHOP definition

AUTOMOBILE BODY REPAIR SHOP means a building or structure used primarily for making repairs or alterations to the body or paint work of any vehicle.
AUTOMOBILE BODY REPAIR SHOP means a building or other structure where motor vehicle(s) may be subject to major repairs, parts or systems replacement, body work or painting. An automobile body/repair shop does not include an automobile sales establishment, an automobile service/gas station, an automobile washing establishment, or a salvage yard.
AUTOMOBILE BODY REPAIR SHOP. , means a general industrial establishment for the repair of damage to a motor vehicle caused by collision, accident, corrosion or age, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the reconstruction of motor vehicles, the painting and repainting of motor vehicles and the rebuilding or conversion of automobile engines or engine parts, but does not include an automobile service station, a public garage, a salvage yard or a gas bar.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.
