Availability Fee definition

Availability Fee means the fee payable in consideration for the Provider making available the DER and calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2;

Availability Fee means a fee as determined in terms of the Municipality’s Tariff By- law and Tariff Policy;

For the purposes of determining the Availability Fee, all outstanding Letters of Credit will be deemed to be at that time outstanding Revolving Loans.
