Availability Fee definition

Availability Fee means the fee payable in consideration for the Provider making available the DER and calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2;

• The surcharge amount will be recalculated once in every rate cycle, or more frequently if in any year the receipt of Water Availability Fee (WAF) monies will permit a reduction of $0.50 or more in the monthly bill under this tariff schedule.

Availability Fee means the tariff referred to under Tariff Type in the eThekwini Municipality’s Tariff Policy, Tariff Book and Tariff By law;

Availability Fee means a per annum fee based upon the unused portion of the Revolving Loan Commitment of the Lender. Such fee shall be based upon the Borrower's Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio as set forth in the chart under "Applicable Margin", which Fee is to be based (calculated on an actual/365 day year) on the average daily unused portion of the Revolving Loan Commitment, and shall be payable to the Lender quarterly in arrears on the last calendar day of each fiscal quarter of Borrower and on the Maturity Date. For the purposes of determining the Availability Fee, all outstanding Letters of Credit will be deemed to be at that time outstanding Revolving Loans.

Availability Fee means a fee as contemplated in sections 81(1), 83(1)(c) and 141(b) of the Local Government Ordinance, 1939 (Ordinance No. 17 of 1939), or any other law;
