Availability Fee definition

Availability Fee means the fee payable in consideration for the Provider making available the DER and calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2;

Examples of Availability Fee in a sentence

• The surcharge amount will be recalculated once in every rate cycle, or more frequently if in any year the receipt of Water Availability Fee (WAF) monies will permit a reduction of $0.50 or more in the monthly bill under this tariff schedule.

More Definitions of Availability Fee

Availability Fee means the tariff referred to under Tariff Type in the eThekwini Municipality’s Tariff Policy, Tariff Book and Tariff By law;

Availability Fee means a fee as contemplated in sections 81(1), 83(1)(c) and 141(b) of the Local Government Ordinance, 1939 (Ordinance No. 17 of 1939), or any other law;

For the purposes of determining the Availability Fee, all outstanding Letters of Credit will be deemed to be at that time outstanding Revolving Loans.

Availability Fee shall have the meaning given thereto in the Letter Agreement.
