Availability of Books and Records. Business Associate agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to its uses or disclosures of the PHI available to Participant, or, if directed in writing, the Secretary for purposes of determining compliance with Applicable Law, subject to attorney-client and other applicable privileges.
Availability of Books and Records. Business Associate agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from Covered Entity, or created or received, maintained or transmitted on behalf of Covered Entity, available to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining the Covered Entity and Business Associate's compliance with the HIPAA Standards. Business Associate promptly shall provide to Covered Entity a copy of any documentation that Business Associate provides to the Secretary.

Business Associate will make its internal practices, books and records relating to its use and disclosure of Protected Health Information it creates, receives, transmits or maintains for or from Covered Entity available to the Secretary to determine compliance with the HIPAA Rules.

Following reasonable advance written notice, Modernizing Medicine shall make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, or created or received by Modernizing Medicine on behalf of, Medical Practice available to the Secretary for purposes of determining Medical Practice’s compliance with HIPAA.
Availability of Books and Records. Business Associate hereby agrees to make its internal practices, books, and records available to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining compliance with the HIPAA Rules.
Availability of Books and Records. Business Associate/QSO shall make its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure and privacy protection of PHI received from Covered Entity, or created, maintained or received by Business Associate/QSO on behalf of the Covered Entity, available to the Covered Entity, the State of California, and the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, in the time and manner designated by the Covered Entity, State or Secretary, for purposes of determining Covered Entity's compliance with the Privacy Standards. Business Associate/QSO shall notify the Covered Entity upon receipt of such a request for access by the State or Secretary, and shall provide the Covered Entity with a copy of the request as well as a copy of all materials disclosed.
Availability of Books and Records. Business Associate shall make available to DHHS or its agents the Business Associate’s internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI in connection with this Agreement.
Availability of Books and Records. Contractor hereby agrees to make its internal practices, books and records, including such practices, books, and records received from any source, relating to the use and disclosure of PHI, available to HHS for purposes of determining the compliance with HIPAA.
Availability of Books and Records. Design Professional and Design Professional’s consultants shall make their files available for inspection and copying by University upon reasonable notice. Such files shall be maintained for a period of at least 3 years from the date of Final Payment under this Agreement. Design Professional shall include appropriate language in consultant’s agreements to enforce the provision of this paragraph 7.2.

Business Associate shall permit the Secretary and other regulatory and accreditation authorities to audit Business Associate’s internal practices, books and records at reasonable times as they pertain to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of, Covered Entity in order to ensure that Covered Entity or Business Associate is in compliance with the requirements of the Privacy Rule.
