  • No later than ten (10) days after the resolution of any disputes regarding rejected claims in accordance with the process identified in Section VII.D.5-6., the Settlement Administrator will provide Class Counsel and TASC’s Counsel with a report identifying the total of the Cash Awards and the amount of money in the Settlement Fund available to pay such Cash Awards (Available Cash Award Total).
