Award Value definition

Award Value means the value, in dollars, of an award made to a Participant and as stated in the applicable Award Agreement, which is provided under the Plan in the form of PSUs or RSUs, as the case may be.
Award Value means such percentage of annual base salary or such other amount as may be determined from time to time by the Board as the original value of the Award to be paid to a Participant and specified in the Participant’s Award Agreement;
Award Value means, with respect to any RSUs, an amount equal to the number of RSUs, as such number may be adjusted in accordance with the terms of this Plan, multiplied by the Fair Market Value of the Shares;

Examples of Award Value in a sentence

  • The formula is: Total NCAF = Total Award Value * NCAF Percentage.

  • The Award shall represent and have a Maximum Award Value as specified on the executed cover page of this Award.

  • Neither designation of an employee as a Participant nor the establishment of an Award Value for or grant of any PSUs or RSUs to any Participant entitles any person to the establishment of an Award Value, grant, or any additional grant, as the case may be, of any PSUs or RSUs under the Plan.

  • The number of Restricted Stock Units that are ultimately earned pursuant to the Award (if any) will be determined based on the Initial Award Value and the procedures and calculations set forth in this Agreement.

  • Overall LD, whether on account of delay and error / variation, shall be limited to 10% (Ten percent) of the Agreement/ Award Value.


More Definitions of Award Value

Award Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
Award Value means the sum of (i) the FFO Award Value and (ii) the value, calculated as of the Valuation Date, of the TRS Shares.
