Available Transferor Subordinated Amount definition

Available Transferor Subordinated Amount for any Payment Date and any Loan Group means an amount equal to the lesser of the related Allocated Transferor Interest and the related Required Transferor Subordinated Amount for the Payment Date.
Available Transferor Subordinated Amount for any Payment Date means the lesser of the Transferor Principal Balance and the Required Transferor Subordinated Amount for the Payment Date.
