Transferor Principal Balance definition

Transferor Principal Balance as of any date of determination means the amount equal to (i) the Loan Balance as of the close of business on the day before the date of determination minus (ii) the Note Principal Balance reduced by the aggregate of amounts actually distributed as principal on the Notes through the close of business on the date of determination.
Transferor Principal Balance. As of any date of determination, the amount equal to (i) the Pool Balance at the end of the day next preceding such date of determination less (ii) the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the preceding Distribution Date.
