AVD definition

AVD means the ad valorem stamp duty chargeable on the Preliminary Agreement and the Agreement for Sale and Purchase under the Stamp Duty Ordinance.

  • Whether the AVD at Scale 2 rates will be applicable to me/us and/or whether I/we shall be exempted for BSD is subject to the decision of the Collector of Stamp Revenue.
