Aventis Intellectual Property definition

Aventis Intellectual Property means the Aventis Patent Rights and any Know-How of Aventis or any of its Affiliates.
Aventis Intellectual Property means the Aventis Technology, Aventis Patent Rights, any other intellectual property rights Controlled by Aventis covering the Aventis Materials, Aventis Technology Improvements, and all Patent Rights Controlled by Aventis Covering any Aventis Technology Improvements.
Aventis Intellectual Property means the AVENTIS Patent Assets and AVENTIS Know-How.

  • Product Intellectual Property means all of the following related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property):

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.
