Aventis Intellectual Property definition

Aventis Intellectual Property means the Aventis Patent Rights and any Know-How of Aventis or any of its Affiliates.
Aventis Intellectual Property means the Aventis Technology, Aventis Patent Rights, any other intellectual property rights Controlled by Aventis covering the Aventis Materials, Aventis Technology Improvements, and all Patent Rights Controlled by Aventis Covering any Aventis Technology Improvements.
Aventis Intellectual Property means the AVENTIS Patent Assets and AVENTIS Know-How.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing license grant shall not preclude Aventis from using or otherwise exploiting, or granting any Person the right to use or otherwise exploit, Aventis Intellectual Property anywhere in the Territory for any purpose other than the manufacture, import, Co-Development, Co-Commercialization and Co-Marketing of VEGF Products for the purposes of the Collaboration throughout the Territory.

  • Product Intellectual Property means all of the following related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property):

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company or any Subsidiary pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Joint Intellectual Property means individually and collectively all Intellectual Property which is conceived and/or made jointly by one or more employees of University and by one or more employees of Sponsor in performance of the Sponsored Project.

  • Company Intellectual Property Agreements means any Contract to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party or is otherwise bound and (A) pursuant to which the Company or any Subsidiary has granted any rights with respect to any Company Intellectual Property or has been granted any rights with respect to any Third-Party Intellectual Property, or (B) that otherwise governs any Company Intellectual Property.
