Average Monthly Availability definition

Average Monthly Availability means, for any calendar month, an amount equal to the average daily Availability during such month.

Average Monthly Availability means, at any time, (a) the average Availability for the most recently ended month for which a Borrowing Base Certificate has been delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(g) or (b) if weekly Borrowing Base Certificates are required to be delivered under Section 5.01(g), the average Availability for the most recently ended four weeks for which Borrowing Base Certificates have been delivered.
Average Monthly Availability means, as of any date of determination, (a) the average daily borrowing availability for the preceding month, less (b) the sum of (i) the average daily amount of Advances that were outstanding during the immediately preceding month, plus (ii) the average daily amount of the undrawn Letters of Credit that were outstanding during the immediately preceding month.
