Average Remaining Maturity Period definition

Average Remaining Maturity Period means the weighted average time to scheduled maturity of the amount prepaid. Average Remaining Maturity Period shall be computed by multiplying the dollar amount of each installment of principal prepaid by the number of days from the prepayment date until the scheduled maturity of that installment, adding together the resulting products and dividing the resulting sum by the total dollar amount of principal being prepaid.

  • Latest Maturity Date means, at any date of determination, the latest maturity or expiration date applicable to any Loan or Commitment hereunder at such time, including the latest maturity or expiration date of any Other Term Loan, any Other Term Commitment, any Other Revolving Loan or any Other Revolving Commitment, in each case as extended in accordance with this Agreement from time to time.

  • Fixed Rate Period Remaining Life means, with respect to any Debenture, the period from the Special Redemption Date for such Debenture to the Interest Payment Date in December 2010.

  • Applicable Maturity Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Final Maturity Date means the date that (i) is one hundred eighty (180) days following the Scheduled Termination Date or (ii) such earlier date on which the Loans become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.01.

  • Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice;

  • Class B Maturity Date means the January 2040 Distribution Date.

  • Legal Maturity Date means July 15, 2024.

  • Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Facility Maturity Date means the earliest of (a) the Business Day designated by the Borrower to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.16(b) to terminate this Agreement, (b) the Stated Maturity or (c) the date on which the Facility Maturity Date is declared (or is deemed to have occurred automatically) pursuant to Section 7.01.

  • Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date means, with respect to a Valuation Obligation, the Limitation Date occurring on or immediately following the Credit Observation End Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the final maturity date of the Restructured Bond or Loan with the latest final maturity date of any Restructured Bond or Loan occurs prior to the 2.5-year Limitation Date (such Restructured Bond or Loan, a "Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan") and the Credit Observation End Date occurs prior to the final maturity date of such Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan, then the Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date will be the final maturity date of such Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan.

  • Term Maturity Date means (a) in the case of the Initial Term Loans, February 4, 2028 and (b) in the case of any Incremental Term Facility or any Other Term Loan, the date set forth in the applicable documentation in respect thereof.

  • L/C Maturity Date means the date that is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Credit Maturity Date.

  • Latest Term Loan Maturity Date means, at any date of determination, the latest maturity or expiration date applicable to any Term Loan hereunder at such time, including the latest maturity or expiration date of any New Term Loan or any Extended Term Loan, in each case as extended in accordance with this Agreement from time to time.

  • Initial Term Loan Maturity Date means September 24, 2014 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter.

  • Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is June 25, 2033, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.

  • Tranche B Maturity Date means May 8, 2009, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.

  • First Extended Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).
