Average Shareholders definition

Average Shareholders. Equity” means (i) the sum of Shareholders’ Equity as of the end of the prior year and Shareholders’ Equity as of the end of the current year (ii) divided by two.
Average Shareholders. EQUITY" means the numerical average for a given year of ending Shareholders' Equity for the five most recently completed fiscal quarters, including the last quarter of that year.
