Avoided Land definition

Avoided Land means the land identified as "Avoided Land" on the map in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
Avoided Land means the land within the Biodiversity Certification Assessment Area identified as Avoided Land in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
Avoided Land means the land identified as Avoided Land in Schedule 2 to this Order.

Examples of Avoided Land in a sentence

  • The Developer and the Landowner agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that persons who enter or intend to enter the Avoided Land or Conservation Land comply with the obligations of the Developer and the Landowner in relation to the Avoided Land and the Conservation Land under this Agreement.

  • The Parties acknowledge that clauses 5.3 and 5.4 apply, despite any legislation, regulation, rule or code which provides that the Landowner is permitted to Clear vegetation on the Avoided Land.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and a Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement entered into over the Avoided Land, the Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement will prevail.

More Definitions of Avoided Land

Avoided Land means the land identified as "Avoided Land" on the map in Schedule in Schedule 1a of this Agreement. Avoided and Conservation Land Biodiversity Management Plan means a plan prepared in accordance with clause 5.2(a)(ii)(B) of this Agreement and approved under clause 5.3 of this Agreement, which contains measures to manage biodiversity identified in the "Vegetation Management Plan" in section 6.2 of the BCAR to the extent · those measures apply to the Avoided Land and the Conservation Land.
Avoided Land means the land shown in cross-hatching and referred to as 'avoided land' in the legends on the maps in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
Avoided Land means the land identified in green in the map in Schedule 1 and the land described in Schedule 2.

Related to Avoided Land

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XVII of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in Part A of First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G;

  • Affected land means the area of land from which overburden has been removed or upon which overburden has been deposited, or land which has otherwise been disturbed, changed, influenced, or altered in any way in the course of mining, including processing and stockpile areas but not including roads.

  • Undeveloped Land means raw land that has not been filled to grade or been permitted for development.
