Award Pool definition

Award Pool means, with respect to a Plan Year, 2.25% of Operating Income for the Plan Year.
Award Pool means, for a Performance Period, the dollar amount calculated in accordance with Section 7.2(b) by applying the Performance Formula for such Performance Period against the Performance Goals for the same Performance Period.

More Definitions of Award Pool

Award Pool means the total dollars available for funding Incentive Awards under the Plan for an applicable Plan Year. The Award Pool is comprised of the Associates’ Pool and the Principals’ Pool.
