Examples of B-5 Certificates in a sentence

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class B-5 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

  • As provided in the Agreement and with certain exceptions therein provided, certain losses on the Mortgage Loans resulting from defaults by Mortgagors will be borne by the Holders of the Class M, Class B1, Class B2, Class B3, Class B4 and Class B5 Certificates before such losses will be borne by the Holders of the other Classes of the Certificates.

  • The Owner intends to resell all of the Class B-5 Certificates directly to the Purchaser on or promptly after the date hereof.
