B Class Shares definition

B Class Shares means the Shares designated as such in any one or more Cells and having the respective rights and being subject to the restrictions set out in this Offering Memorandum;
B Class Shares means the "B" ordinary shares of R0,05 (five cents) each, in the Company's authorised or issued Share Capital as the context may require with preferences, rights and limitations set out in this MoI;
B Class Shares means B Class shares of $100 each in the capital of the Company.

  • Its issued share capital, with the exception of 10 Management Shares issued for administrative reasons, will consist entirely of Shares, being A Class Shares and B Class Shares.
