Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;
Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;
Transmission pipeline means any high pressure transmission pipeline connected to, but excluding the Maui Pipeline, that is used for the open access transportation of Gas, and includes all items of plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings directly appurtenanced to that pipeline, but excluding any item which is controlled by a party other than that pipeline’s TP Welded Party and any low pressure distribution system.
Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
Hydrocarbon means a compound consisting of hydrogen and carbon, which, when naturally occurring, may also contain other elements such as sulphur;
Natural Gas or "Gas" shall mean natural gas, processed, unprocessed, vaporized liquid natural gas, synthetic gas, propane-air mixture or any mixture of these gases.
Compressed natural gas means a mixture of hydrocarbon gases and vapors that consists primarily of methane in gaseous form that has been compressed for use as a fuel to propel a motor vehicle.
Imbalance Energy means the amount of energy in MWh, in any given Settlement Period or Settlement Interval, by which the amount of Facility Energy deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.

Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).
Liquefied natural gas or “LNG” means natural gas that has been liquefied.
Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.
Gas supply service means the provision to customers of the
balancing means (in relation to the Network and any relevant period for balancing under the Network Code) taking such measures as may be available to the Licensee, in particular, measures:
Imbalances means over-production or under-production or over-delivery or under-delivery with respect to Hydrocarbons produced from the Properties, regardless of whether the same arise at the wellhead, pipeline, gathering system, transportation system, processing plant, or any other location, including any imbalances under gas balancing or similar agreements, production handling agreements, processing agreements, and/or gathering or transportation agreements.
CO2 means carbon dioxide.
Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC means the sum of all hydrocarbon air pollutants except methane.
R-point means a reference point defined for each seat by the manufacturer in relation to the vehicle's structure, as indicated in Annex 6 to Regulation No.94
Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.
Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.
Coal-derived fuel means any fuel (whether in a solid, liquid, or gaseous state) produced by the mechanical, thermal, or chemical processing of coal.
