Bank Partner Program Agreements definition

Bank Partner Program Agreements means (a) the Stride Bank Program Agreements and (b) any additional program agreements entered into between a Subsidiary of Holdings and any Additional Bank Partner, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
Bank Partner Program Agreements means any program entered into between a Borrower and any Bank Partner, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
