Banned Products definition

Banned Products means the products/goods/articles/services included in the Letmegrab Banned Products List, which is included herein by reference and/or hyperlinked to this Agreement.
Banned Products means the products/goods/articles/services that are banned on the Website.
Banned Products means the Products that shall not be offered for sale on the MarketPlace, and consequently shall not be included in the Catalogue, as indicated

More Definitions of Banned Products

Banned Products means the products/goods/articles/services included in the SAPACZONE Banned Products List as provided at the end of this Agreement.
Banned Products means expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam) to include food service containers including bowls, plates, hot and cold beverages cups and cup lids, plastic straws, clamshell, hinge lids and other containers that are made of polystyrene for use in food services, meat trays and fruit trays, egg cartons, naked polystyrene coolers, plastic utensils and any other products made of Expanded Polystyrene and/or polypropylene used for selling, holding or providing food for consumption on or off the premises;
Banned Products means the products/goods/articles included in the Snapdeal Banned Products List.
Banned Products means the products/goods/articles included in the BAPPL Banned Products List, which are described in Annexure-3 to this Agreement.
Banned Products shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Clause 8.1(b) (Merchant Representations Covenants and Undertakings) below;

Related to Banned Products

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—
