Bare Pavement definition

Bare Pavement means that the Contractor shall endeavour to completely clear the full pavement width of snow.
Bare Pavement means pavement that is free of any ice or snow or the center line or lane line of the road is visible.
Bare Pavement means the travel lanes, shoulders, and walkway/pathways being free of snow, packed snow, frost and ice;
