Barrier Observation Dates definition

Barrier Observation Dates means, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, either:
Barrier Observation Dates means each day set out under the heading "Barrier Observation Date (i)" in the table below or, if any such day is not a Trading Day, the preceding Trading Day (subject to the proviso below) unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, a Market Disruption Event has occurred on such day. If there is a Market Disruption Event on such day, then such day shall be the first succeeding Trading Day on which there is no Market Disruption Event.   • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Final Observation Date means the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
