BASE aid definition

BASE aid means the same as defined in K.S.A. 72-5132, and
BASE aid means the amount of the grant pursuant to section 10-262h of the general statutes, revision of 1958, revised to January 1, 2013, that a town was eligible to receive for the fiscal year ending June 30, [2007] 2013.
