Base Amount for Taxes definition

Base Amount for Taxes and “Base Amount for Operating Expenses” shall mean the total of amount of Taxes and total of amount of Operating Expenses, respectively, allocable and attributable to calendar year 2024 (“Base Year”). The Base Amount for Operating Expenses shall be calculated on the basis of the Building being 100% occupied in accordance with Paragraph 4.1(iii)(2) hereof and shall be adjusted for the calendar year above stated to adjust for average and reasonable allowances for on-going repairs and maintenance. The Base Amount for Taxes and the Base Amount for Operating Expenses shall be adjusted for the calendar year above stated to exclude from such applicable Base Amount extraordinary items of Taxes and/or Operating Expenses, as applicable, incurred in such calendar year.
Base Amount for Taxes means actual Taxes for the Base Year for Taxes.

Related to Base Amount for Taxes

  • Base Amount shall have the meaning set forth in section 280G(b)(3) of the Code.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
