  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.

  • Channel Partner means Licensor’s Affiliates or persons or other business entities that are authorized by Licensor to distribute, support, or both distribute and support Program(s). Any Customer Support obligations of Licensor under this Agreement may be delegated to a Channel Partner at Licensor’s discretion.

Sprint PCS will make available to Manager the promotion or advertising materials developed by Sprint PCS from time to time with respect to Sprint PCS Products and Services in current use by Sprint PCS (e.g., radio ads, television ads, design of print ads, design of point of sale materials, retail store concepts and designs, design of collateral). Manager will bear the cost of using such materials (e.g., cost of local radio and television ad placements, cost of printing collateral in quantity, and building out and finishing retail stores).

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
