Base Indenture Supplement definition

Base Indenture Supplement means any supplement to the Base Indenture, including (i) the Series 1997-1 Supplement dated as of December 23, 1997, (ii) the Amended and Restated Series 1998-1 Supplement dated as of February 26, 2002, (iii) the Series 1999-1 Supplement dated as of April 29, 1999, (iv) the Series 2000-1 Supplement dated as of December 15, 2000, (v) the Series 2001-1 Supplement dated as of March 6, 2001, and (vi) the Series 2002-1 Supplement dated as of June 4, 2002.
Base Indenture Supplement means any supplement to the Base Indenture, including (i) the Series 1997-1 Supplement dated as of December 23, 1997 (which supplement was entered into in connection with the MTN Program) and (ii) the Series 1998-1 Supplement dated as of March 4, 1998 (which Supplement was entered into in connection with the CP Program).
Base Indenture Supplement means any supplement to the Base Indenture, including (i) the Second Amended and Restated Series 1998-1 Supplement dated as of February 14, 2007, as amended, (ii) the Amended and Restated Series 2000-1 Supplement dated as of February 14, 2007, as amended, (iii) the Series 2004-1 Supplement dated as of May 5, 2004, as amended, (iv) the Series 2005-1 Supplement, dated as of April 21, 2005, as amended, (v) the Series 2006-1 Supplement dated as of March 28, 2006, as amended and (vi) the Series 2007-1 Supplement dated as of May 23, 2007.

  • The modifications to the Base Indenture described in clauses (i) through (iv)(iii) above, together with any other modifications to the Base Indenture that are set forth in the Series 2021-1 Base Indenture Supplement and intended by their terms to be effective as of the date of the Series 2021-1 Base Indenture Supplement, are referred to collectively herein as the “Closing Date Amendments to the Base Indenture” and will become effective with the consent of the Control Party on the Closing Date.

Base Indenture Supplement means any supplement to the Base Indenture, which supplement is (a) entered into for the purpose of providing Vehicle financing to TFFC pursuant to the issuance by TFFC of a series of Variable Funding Rental Car Asset Backed Notes to the Borrower, which series of notes the Borrower would purchase with proceeds of Loans under this Agreement and which would constitute a "Segregated Series of Notes" (as more fully described in the Base Indenture) and would be pledged (together with all security therefor) to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders and (b) together with such documents as the Administrative Agent and the Supermajority Lenders deem appropriate, approved in writing by the Supermajority Lenders.
Base Indenture Supplement is deleted in its entirety.

  • Indenture Supplement means the Amended and Restated Indenture Supplement for the DiscoverSeries Notes, dated as of June 4, 2010, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be further amended, supplemented, restated, amended and restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
