Base Labor Rate definition

Base Labor Rate means the Labor Rate for the calendar year 2000.
Base Labor Rate means the Labor Rate in effect on December 31, 1997.
Base Labor Rate means the Labor Rate (as defined in subsection (ii) of this Section) for calendar year 1983 as presently contained in the agreement between the Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations, Inc. and Local 32B-32J of the Building Service Employees International Union AFL-CIO, which Base Labor Rate shall not be changed in the event of any change hereafter made in such agreement with respect to said labor rate for calendar year 1983 nor affected by any cost of living adjustments provided for in such agreement.

  • Base LIBOR Rate means the rate per annum, determined by Agent in accordance with its customary procedures, and utilizing such electronic or other quotation sources as it considers appropriate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16%), on the basis of the rates at which Dollar deposits are offered to major banks in the London interbank market on or about 11:00 a.m. (California time) 2 Business Days prior to the commencement of the applicable Interest Period, for a term and in amounts comparable to the Interest Period and amount of the LIBOR Rate Loan requested by Administrative Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, which determination shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

  • Final Average Compensation means the aggregate amount of a member's compensation earned within the averaging period in which the aggregate amount of compensation was highest divided by the member's number of years, including any fraction of a year, of credited service during the averaging period. The averaging period shall be 36 consecutive calendar months if the member contributes to the member investment plan except for a member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010; otherwise, the averaging period shall be 60 consecutive calendar months. A member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010 shall also have an averaging period of 60 consecutive calendar months. If the member has less than 1 year of credited service in the averaging period, the number of consecutive calendar months in the averaging period shall be increased to the lowest number of consecutive calendar months that contains 1 year of credited service.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by the Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Construction Manager’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Construction Manager for services performed for the Project.

  • Annual Revenue Rate means the rate employed to assess a compliance penalty charge on a Curtailment Service Provider under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 11. Annual Transmission Costs:

  • Base LIBOR means the rate per annum for United States dollar deposits quoted by Bank as the Inter-Bank Market Offered Rate, with the understanding that such rate is quoted by Bank for the purpose of calculating effective rates of interest for loans making reference thereto, on the first day of a Fixed Rate Term for delivery of funds on said date for a period of time approximately equal to the number of days in such Fixed Rate Term and in an amount approximately equal to the principal amount to which such Fixed Rate Term applies. Borrower understands and agrees that Bank may base its quotation of the Inter-Bank Market Offered Rate upon such offers or other market indicators of the Inter-Bank Market as Bank in its discretion deems appropriate including, but not limited to, the rate offered for U.S. dollar deposits on the London Inter-Bank Market.

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation for a Loan or other Obligation bearing interest at the Alternate Base Rate, a rate per annum equal to the quotient (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest 1/16th of one percent (0.0625%)) of (i) the rate per annum referred to as the BBA (British Bankers Association) LIBOR RATE as reported on Reuters LIBOR page 1, or if not reported by Reuters, as reported by any service selected by Administrative Agent on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable), for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank eurodollar currency market for a term of one month commencing on such date of determination, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement in effect on such day. If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Adjusted Term SOFR Rate means, for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Term SOFR Rate for such Interest Period, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • Highest Average Compensation means the average Compensation for the three (3) consecutive years of Service with the Employer that produces the highest average. A Year of Service with the Employer is the twelve (12) consecutive month period identical to the Plan Year.

  • Forced Labor means knowingly providing or obtaining the labor or services of a person-

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of (a) the related Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: Long-Term Ratings* Fitch Applicable Multiplier AAA to AA- 100% A+ to A- 000% BBB+ to BBB- 140% *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.
